One is just a later revision.
Meaning that new parts or circuits have been added or updated.
If the power supply has the sane dimensions and plug breakout it should work fine.
It's still 250 Watts, and will still supply the same voltages your computer uses.
Power Supply Bestec Model #ATX-250-12Z REV D2 250W is the newest Rev D2
If you are putting the older Rev C power supply in it still should work as well, again providing the output plugs are the same.

Not much of a difference, the things you need to check are the voltage, and the watts, match. Everything else is secondary concerns. Good Luck

the "REV" at the end of the model number refers to revision.

so probably just a minor upgrade, no difference.

The 2nd one is an earlier revision.

They will both match, however. The revision D might have had some minor improvements.

Let me guess

Emachine? HP?
