I'm 27 years old and started a relationship back up with an ex.boyfriend that I was with through high school.Ten years later we started dateing agien;we had good and bad times together before,but this time(was just bad)I put lots of time,money and feelings into this relationship thinking it was forever this time.Wrong!!!!Not only did he cheat on me,he fathered a aleast two other children while he was with me.My problem is I am trieing to stay away from him for the simple fact it still hurts to even see him.Problem is he will not let me go he still calls,comes to my job and is just always there.How do I heal from a broken heart if he wont leave me alone to do it?

You've got to break up with him permanently.
Tell him so. Tell him you do not want to see him again. You need to date other men. Stop talking to him. If he continues to keep showing up then tell him you'll get a restraining order on him.
This guy sounds like trash and could be dangerous.

Change your phone number. it sounds like he's kind of stalking you. Can you think of any reason that you could get a restraining order against him? DO NOT give him a second chance. "Forgive and Forget, Relive and Regret"

Tell him that you rather not see him. He has nothing to say to you that you what to hear. He's a cheat and you have no time for cheats. Also, if you're at work you can say you're busy. He wants to make sure he can't play you for a fool any more!
