....but took it the follwing day, what are the chances of becoming pregnant? I've been on it religiously for the past 6 months if that helps anything.

Not much. There is such a thing as the "morning after" pill that should be available without prescription from any pharmacy. If you have trouble obtaining one that way, go to any Planned Parenthood clinic. They'll do testing for free, and charge only a small fee for prescription drugs.

Well ,honestly you can get pregnant.When you miss a pill you open up a leadway to becoming pregnant.However,the pill is not 100% effective in the first place.What i suggest you do,is wait.That is really all you can do at the moment.Wait,until its time for your period,if you skip it you really need to see your gyno, they can tell a bit earlier tho with a blood test.Until you find out for sure if you are or not,you should stop taking them and lay off of the intercourse just until you find out for sure.I know it will not harm the baby if you are but,if you arent and your off the pill and you have unprotected sex well then you will be.Just wait it out,and be careful next time.I understand it happens but it opens up a big possibility when you skip one and even when on the pill you can get pregnant so if you arent,use another form of birth control as well as the pill.Good luck.

ok first of all read the insert in your pill pack. most pills say its ok to take the pill when you remember but you dont want to do that every day. like yesterday I missed my pill and took this it this morning when I got home and I will take my pil at my normal time tonight. dont make it a habit but you should be fine

Chances aren't that high, but it is possible. Make sure you double up the next day and take the one you missed and the one for that day.
