The greedy soon-to-be ex starts trying to get their claws into BOTH. I abhore exes that do this to the hard working spouse when they divorce.

That depends on you, your spouse an the lawyers involved, but a friend of mine recently divorced, and his wife received half of his pension and half the value of their house.

Better get the best divorce atty. out there. Have him/her try to make a deal with the spouse or you're screwed.Get the best!
