Spanish Help please!!!!!!?

Question

I need to conjegate dormir in all of the following tenses but only in ella form. the Presente, preterito, imperfecto, futuro, condicional, presente perfecto, pluscoamperfecto, futuro perfecto, condicional perfecto and the mandato.

These are the ones I remember:

Presente: Ella duerme
Presente perfecto: Ella esta durmiendo (I think...)
Futuro: Ella dormirá
Futuro perfecto: Ella estará durmiendo (again, I think...)
Condicional: Ella dormiría

About Presente perfecto and futuro perfecto, am not that sure. "Ella dormiría", that's what I understand from condicional... but I don't know. The complete sentence would be "Ella dormiría si..." or "She would sleep if..." which denotes a condition. And mandato --according to me-- would sound something like "Duérmete", but it doesn't need "Ella" so that's the problem. The word "mandato" comes from the word "mandar", which would be translated as "command". Honestly, I hadn't heard of some of those... conjugations (is that the way you say it?), and am a spanish speaker. Well, maybe I just don't remember quite well. I would suggest you to look up in a dictionary; you may check out in a webdictionary or something like that on the internet too.
