Ya darn tootin' I do. Low fat? Bah! check the label. could be a lie.
Labeling lies, the nutrition label has to tell the truth.

Yes I do. it's just a habit because I still buy most things regardless of the nutrition label.

When I buy a new product I always read the label. I'm not overly concerned with this, but if I can avoid trans-fats I will.

I always read the labels! I just want to see what I'll be eating! And if it has too many calories or salt - I won't buy it!

Yes, I read them for the fiber content as my child is chronically constipated. Need to get at least 35-40 g minimum, aim for 80g or above into her a day or she gets all plugged up, poor thing.

yeah. because sometimes you find out that the thing you are eating has wwwwwwwaaaaaaaay too much sugar. like you find out that a tropicana pink lemonade has like 38 grams of sugar when all you need in a day is 36. and it is good too see calories. but i like to mostly focus on the sugar content.

Yes, because I am a type1 diabetic and it is very important for me to know what I am putting in my mouth.
