Try brushing your teeth with Colgate Whitening Expressions. Use a tounge scraper, and try not to use mouth washes. Believe it or not, they dry out your mouth, which is a big cause of bad breath. so, when your brushing your teeth, make sure your brushing thoroughly (2 or 3 minutes), and if your not sure if your brushing good enough, get the colored tablets that you chew before brushing so that your getting every spot. Floss and chew minty gum, and make sure your brushing your teeth at least 2 times a day!
Another thing is to eat less sugary foods, overtime, they discolor teeth and do cause cavitites.

Use alcohol-free mouthwash and a tongue scraper. You can find both at Wally World (Wal-mart) and most mass chain retailers. As for whiter teeth, try those white strips by Crest and whitening toothpaste and avoid staining food and beverages such as coffee, wine, etc. If those don't work, go see a dentist. It might be something serious.

When you brush your teeth always brush your tongue too. I know it might sound silly but it works. Also use baking soda to brush with. It will whiten your teeth but not cost a fortune.

Use a little of baking soda. Check your diet as sometimes bad breath is caused by a digestive problem.

Brushing, flossing, and using mouthwash twice a day does wonders for that sort of thing.
