Packing tape. Roll it a couple of times around your hand with the sticky side up and start blotting. Change the tape often.

These are a real pain. Take an old hairbursh or buy a cheap hairbrush and brush down the clothes. This process will loosen the burs. Then take duct tape or masking tape, etc. and the burs should come out easier that with just tape itself.

I have never heard of the term "burs" before, but I'll assume you are referring to lint. Use one of those roller lint removers with the tape. Hope I didn't make a fool of myself assuming you were talking about lint.

I swear by duct tape...... also works for removing the little spears from the cactus.....
