Take one hand & raise your shirt.
With the other hand, extend your index finger.
Bring the tip of that index finger near to your bellybutton.
In a circular motion, push the finger into your bellybutton.
Smartly remove the finger & the lint should fall from your navel.
It may be necessary to repeat this process a few times to ensure that all the lint has been removed.
When you're satisfied that your navel is free from lint, release the bottom of your shirt from your hand.

Fibre optics are great . ..I dont get any in mine. Get a lot in my tresses though. I got fuzz in my navel when I was a bit younger
