Gold and silver clash if you are wearing them separately.
For example: gold necklace silver earrings.
But, if you are wearing gold and silver bangles together with say silver or gold earrings then you are just accenting the bangles which would be a focal point. Some jewelry you will find mixed.
For example: Silver heart necklace with a gold accent border.
You can wear gold and silver together but just make sure that at least one piece has both gold and silver mixed.
Many pieces of jewelry are two toned with white and yellow gold, which looks like silver and gold.

Gold and silver don't always clash.
A gold and silver twisted ring looks fine or a bracelet, but gold earrings and a silver bracelet do not match.

they can go together but not in a big way..like a small bracelet or something...i think in the jewellery world they are considered opposites! i personally love silver far more than gold but hey be creative and do what u want!

On some people yes, due to their undertone. If you have a neutral skin tone, then you might be able to pull it off. Make sure the silver is bright as heck, not that antiquated look.
