I have tried eating slow. This weakness and nausea has persisted for the past month to the point where I Have almost just decided to quit eating.

The weakness is so bad it makes my legs start shaking.

I am a guy, so I am not pregnant :)

It is because you are getting overfull. Chances are you are eating too quickly and by the time the brain registers that you are full, you've eaten too much. Try small meals several times a day. Nutritionists say to eat six small meals a day. It gives the body time to digest it and you'll keep your energy level up.

What are you eating? I notice I feel this way if I eat something with a lot of sugar on an empty stomach. Hated donut day at work! Couldn't resist them, but felt sick afterwards.

Try eating healthy foods and if it continues see a doctor.

Maybe you just need to cut down your portions. Try eating smaller meals and see if this helps. In the mean time I would see a doctor.

It could be hyper or hypo glycemia, or some signs of other ailments. See your doctor.
