Yes, he is. He's married to a Latina. His children are bilingual as well.

YES!!! He speaks spanish and also writes the language,
that is the mark of a very intelligent person.

Yes he is, and so is his brother George. It takes intelligence to learn to speak another language fluently. The only shame in all this, is the amount of English we ALL must learn, in order to communicate on a daily basis with all the immigrants (legal or Illegal.)
