Yes, A, E, I, O, U, and sometimes Y are all vowels. The rest of the letters are called constants.

NO!!! all of these people are trying to fool you. "A" was a vowel back in the early 1500s when the alphabet was first created, but it was dropped durign the renesance period and replaces with "U" ..............dont you watch Wheel Of Fortune?
