The series is generated by the formula

n^2 + 2*n - 3

Try the first few terms

n = ......1....2...3....4....5...6

2n-3 =.. -1....1...3....5....7...9

+n^2 =...0.....5..12..21..32..45

therefore for n = 20 400+40 -1 =437 and for n = 200 40000+400-1 = 40397

so the question marks are 437 40397 n^2+2*n-3

The top pattern is just counting numbers, the next number is one more than the last.

The bottom pattern is a little different.
0+5 = 5
5+7 = 12
12+9 = 21
21+11 = 32
32+13 = 45

So the next number will be 15 more than 45, then 17 more than the last... So forth and so on.
