Koi Angel which is a tropical fish, yes. Koi which is a fresh water fish no. In either case make sure you start with a small one, as they take years to grow.

No. In addition to what Lady Crotalus has said, koi are coldwater fish (require temps at around 65 degrees), and the rest of your fish are tropical fish (require temps at around 78 degrees).
Also, technically, your swords should have salt added to the water, but can survive without it. Your neons and algae eater would not tolerate salt at all.
And depending on what kind of algae eater you have, it can grow to be well over 6 inches long and start to eat your smaller fish. As such, you should have these fish in at least a 20-gallon tank with plenty of plant coverage, though as that algae eater gets bigger, you'll need a bigger tank.
And get rid of the koi. Either return him to a pet store, or find a friend with a very large pond to put him in there. If you keep him in that tank, you will lose him, as well as most of your other fish, in the matter of months.

NO, koi excrete too much ammonia for tropicals to handle and they will eat your small tropicals. Koi get 3 ft long and need 1000 gallons PER fish and an extra 100 gallons PER extra koi. Koi are also more aggressive in smaller places.

no because kois will eat whatever little fish that fits in their mouth if there are any around them.so you might want to try to serparate them and for a koi you want to get a pond or a very big tank that is over 200 gallons because if the koi wont grow then it will die:(
