Probably not. Are your friends fat? sometimes friends tell us that we are not fat so they are not the fattest on in the group. But usually we try to be too thin.
I have always had heavy thighs but the rest of me was fine. When I weighed 125 (and according to the weight charts a person my height could weigh as much a 145), a doctor told me that I was fat. I dieted for the next 20 years. Part of the time under the doctor's directions, part of the time with a group like weight watchers, sometimes on my own. One doctor put me on a 600 calories diet where I had to eat 100 calories six times a day--it was masochistic. I would lose 10 or 15 pounds then I would stop losing weight and would maintain that weight for several months. Finally I stopped dieting and I would quickly gain 20 or more pounds. Thanks to my dieting efforts I now weigh over 200 pounds. Dieting is very bad. It is better to exercise, but you have to make sure that you really need to lose weight or you can mess up or metabolism.

you define "fat" by what the media and society says. We were meant to have some fat on our body. Fatter babies are healthier and fat keeps us warm. Too much though can hurt our bodies. If YOU are happy with how you FEEL and its not in the way of your life.. dont worry about what others think of you. Fat belongs here in moderation. Besides.. its feels good in your hands! ;)
