I need to find a icon maker that i dont have to download!!! So hard 2 find!!!!
a free one that u dont hav 2 download....

and Badassbuddy.com doesnt work!!
And that one the person wit no face, doesnt work either!

I like the icon maker I got from Tucows.com.

IconArt. It allows you to set a 3 three size icon up so when smaller versions are used I have control of what is seen instead of windows reducing it for me.

You can download from Tucows, it is a reliable site.

I like the price (freeware) and the product works.
