Reiner thinks he is Archie Bunker !

The Passion of the Christ was a movie. A two dimensional work of art on celluloid. Like the three dimensional works of art during the Renaissance period in Europe that depicted total nudity in its sculpture and the two dimensional painting on the Sistine Chapel which depicted nudity, art is a very functional way of communicating.

So, artists take liberties. I am watching the Emmy Awards on t.v. Talk about taking liberties !

Gibson made a movie that was controversial and Reiner starred in a t.v. series that was controversial. Without the artist-the musician, the painter, the candle stick maker, etc., we'd all be stuck in limbo.

And, as someone who has just formed a new production company for theater, NEW FIVE STAR MILLENNIUM ENTERTAINMENT, INC., I fully intend to make the audience think, laugh and above all, like Reiner and Gibson, be entertaining as well as controversial.

Great question...

I don't know exactly who Rob Reiner is -- but I know who he is not.

He is not an anti-Semitic drunk-driving nut case.
