1. One where you can watch a story unfold, that rewards you for paying attention from the beginning?

2. One you can easily jump into watching, with little or no background information required?

I don't make a point of watching most shows, but I love the 4400 and My Name is Earl. I was telling a friend of mine how the 4400 rewards people for paying attention, and she said, "I hate shows like that." So I figured I'd ask y'all! :-)

1. Where you watch a story unfold.

The downside is that if you miss ONE key episode, you're out of the loop. I missed a key episode of Veronica Mars, and boy am I sorry!

I say both with TV it's okay It will come on again Like the Breakfast Club I always saw it from the middle when it would be on like 3 times and then I saw it from the beginning and I was like OH! LOL So it doesn't matter to me one way or the other unless it's a movie that I haven't seen then I want to see it from the beginning.

One that I can tune in and out to as I please.

I prefer shows that don't have an on-going storyline.

I like it that I can not watch the show for 3 weeks, come back and still be where I left off- series like The OC, Neighbours, etc. that continue a single tale just aren't for me- I'm too busy to keep up with them and I get bored and frustrated with the chatacters.

1 - although I hate it when I miss the beginning. But stories with plots that keep you intrigued throughout the show is so much better than the ones you can jump into at any time and understand what is going on.

I like the ones that even if you come in at the middle you still can catch on to what is going on, that is usually how I get to watch most of mine. I will just be flipping around and see something I think is good and watch.

I like both just as long as the plot is good. I watch Lost which is more like #1, but I also like game shows which are more like #2.

I like a story. You know where you get to be introduced to the main character and watch them grow and learn with in the series. Ones with a great catchy storyline are better. I like comedy ones too.
