One nickel at a time, of course the payoff is approximately $0.97 for every dollar. Seriously - find out what the parent company is of your favorite casino (do an online search) and research that stock.

You mean aside from losing at gambling right?

I've never heard of someone just giving a donation to a casino. Generally the act like idiots at the gaming tables or slot machines. Trust me, you have a greater risk of being struck by lightning than winning anything.

Just take your money to the tables and a little time. You'll be making a donation in no time.
