the university of michigan is one of the finest state schools in the country. the others are also up there, but Umichigan has the most prestige, arguably the best faculty, and very good resources.
but the others are good, too.

I think it all depends on the program you want to take, what you're looking for in a college and what your goals are. It's really hard to say "WHICH IS BETTER" without considering other information.
