Would you still watch wreating if they actually had the "Ladies" of wrestling actually wrestled instead of being the "Strippers" of wrestling? Who remembers/misses GLOW?

If you get a chance catch the DVD, Lipstick & Dynamite (think that's the title). It's a documentary about the early days of women wrestling. We're talking long before GLOW or Divas. Mae Young, Fabulous Moohla, etc weren't glamourous be any means, but they were, in reality, very tough ladies. It was a differant era. What you see today is mean't for todays audience. Frankly, Vinnie Mack is selling sex and "entertainment" more than he is wrestling. Basically the old school gals were trully some rough and tough women who developed their skills on the road. Some of these gals could probably handle themselves very well against the average man on the street. Yes, the business was still worked back then, but you had to be something other than a sexy diva back then...you had to be tougher than nails.

Absolutely!!!! I am soooooooo tired of the divas!!! WWE is about wrestling, not divas stripping and acting like bimbos. If wwe fans want to see a couple of scantily clad tramps, watch Jerry Springer!!!!! I want to get into the wwe one day and if this is what is expected as a female wrestler, count me and every other self respecting girl out!!!!!!!!! To answer your other question, yes i have heard about GLOW( Glamorous Ladies Of Wrestling) Pretty cool to have a league just for the women of wrestling!!!!

I forgot about GLOW until now and, yes I use to watch it. Not because I'm into women but because they use to "wrestle". I remember in the late 80's early 90's Vince McMahn use to have midget wrestling and it was fun to watch!!

Definately, I just posted a question about that. I wanna see actual wrestlers. What the men don't get is Women watch wresteling too, and right now these strippers that are called diva's are nothing but cheerleaders for the male wrestelers.

I sure would. Sometimes I feel like they are trying to turn me gay or something. I don't want to see a woman's boobs and behind all the time. Especially if they aren't even wrestling.
