If you keep having a low grade fever, then that is your clue that your body has some kind of infection that it's trying to fight. You need to get yourself to the Dr for a check up. Tell him what's going on and let him help you. Could be something simple or could be something like mono or something more serious. Check it out. Don't mess around with your good health.'

An infection can give you a low grade fever. By producing a low-grade fever, your body may actually be helping eliminate a virus. What's more, most fevers go away in a relatively short time — usually within a few days.

What is your Temperature? If it is 100 or over this may be a low grade temp. You have symptoms of sore throat, aching, and general malaise(feel crappy). You could have a strep throat or allergies. Or Mono. If you have been taking care of yourself by eating, drinking and sleeping adequately and still don't feel good see your MD or NP.

I would go to the doctor and get checked for an infection or the flu. Drink plenty of luids and take some vitamin C- I am told that a ginger bath can also be very detoxifying .

If you'll notice on a bottle of fever reducer it says: "Stop use and ask a doctor if fever gets worse or last for more than 3 days". Go see your doctor. It could be anything.

Could be something chronic like an autoimmune disease - arthritis, lupus, etc. But, it's more likely it could be a simple as a low grade virus that is just holding on for a while longer making you feel crappy.
Feel better!

You may have an infection in your blood, if you still feel crappy later on you might want to go to your doc so they can check you. Or it may pass!

You could have a virus, but you should go see a doctor since this has been going on for more than a week.

you should see a doctor soon, there are so many different things it could be (some potentially serious) that its not even worth throwing out possibilities
most likely though you have a cold or something like that
