I am looking for a legal and positive way to create $1400 in about 3 weeks.

well u need a money making machine to "create" money, BUT if u want to EARN money try getting a job, selling things (and i dont mean crack), borrow money w/ out a written agreement to pay it back (jk), or win a lottery

Put stuff on ebay. If you don't own anything go to yard sales late in the afternoon and offer to haul off the stuff they didn't sell. Take that stuff and put it on ebay or have your own yard sale. You could also get a job a the same time and should be able to earn part of the money. Other than that what about a rich relative to loan you the money. If you have a good cause, they may go for it.

Get a job. 40hrs/wk @ $16/hr should do it, if you cannot get that wage then get a job and mow lawns/babysit or get two jobs...you are gonna have to work

work as much overtime as you can or get a second job. Other than that borrow it from someone.
