You don't. Success is the best revenge. Why do people always do this? Isn't it obvious that this guy doesn't give a crap about you, so what exactly are you going to do that is going to mean anything at all to someone who doesn't care about you or what you do? It just won't happen and besides all you will accomplish is screaming hey you hurt me and i'm not over it yet! Do you really want to give him that satisfaction? You won't be fooling anyone but yourself. Him and his new gf will just sit back and laugh at you, is that really what you want? The best thing you can do is get on with your life. If you are married he can't leave you with all the debts, he is legally responsible for them too. Get your revenge by getting a better attorney than the one he has, getting over him and never looking back.

My first wife left me with a mountain of debt, and also left me for another woman (yes, woman). Do you know what my best revenge was? Happiness. I got over her and got on with my life. I didn't listen to my well-meaning friends and family who told me to get revenge.

I moved to a new town, started a new job, joined a new church, met a wonderful woman, and now we have a great life together. Revenge and payback don't even matter anymore.

file for bankruptcy while you are still married....it will help you get rid of the debt if there is no way for you to pay it, and it will affect his credit as well...seems mean..but...ive been divorced too gotta fend for yourself because he isnt.
