i've been biting 'em since i was 3. help!

they're really short. and i mean REALLY short. they're less than a cm. long.

i have the same problem....
i used the pepper stuff but it didnt work.... i just picked at it...
uhm.. the acrylic helped a little bit, but after i took if off my nails were long, but they were soooo thin and broke off and got ugly... the only thing that really halps me if get the fake nails fomr like walgreens and use those.... buy like 2 kits of them. It will help you stop biting them and keep your nails underneath healthy becasue it wont strip away your actual nail! well goodluck!!! oh and it is true that if u dont do your habit for 20 your basically are cleared from it!!!! I have had the fake nails on for about 2 weeks now and have been successful!

Go and invest in a set of acrylic nails at a good nail salon. In the time that you have these on you will have broken the habit.

I bite my nails too. I try to stop but every time i am nervous I bite my nails. I try nail polish like Kelsy that seams to work.

Always have them polished. You won't bite them if there is nail polish on them. It helped me to stop biting mine.

They have something that is like a nailpolish that tastes like pepper. I used it for my daughter when she was about five to help break the habit.

i bite them too, i just paint them or dip them in nail polish remover, and it takes bad so i dont do it!

go to drug store ask them there is stuff you put on nails that tastes awfull buy some use it.

get acrylic put on them you won't be able to bite them
