Id go for the cheater but Id would have injured him severely for the cheating so he pretty much be like the down syndrome guy, disabled

You mentioned that the guy who would cheat on me is handsome, but for the man with downs syndrome, the only thing you mention about him is this condition. You don't mention this guy is faithful or handsome or anything. Likewise, you do not mention anything about the health, etc. of the "handsome" guy.
Anyway, I would not sleep with anyone I did not love and see as a potential life partner, and I would not see a man with down's syndrome that way because I know we would not be intellectually compatable.

if those were my only choices, I think I would have to look in to lesbianism. the guy with down syndrome is obviously the right choice, he would be caring and sensitive. looks aren't everything, many, many people with DS are just as witty and smart as everyone else.
