My ex and I have been divorced for 4 years now. He's been in a serious relationship since and I've just been enjoying the single life i never had growing up. Apparently his "serious relationship" moved out and dumped him..... so now he's been texting me, asking about meaningless sex, etc. How do i respond??????????

Meaningless sex?? Noy possible with an ex. If their no children involved no need to even respond, if so simply state we are their parents and that is it. When we divorce,we divorce for a reason, that reason has not changed. So meaningless sex is not possible, because nothing with someone you once loved and took vows with is ever meaningless.
