1.Your fish are changing color
Skin color lightens with stress, darkens with illness. Color is under the control of the neuroendocrine system, so loss of neurological control (like due to brain flukes AKA eye flukes) this leads to color changes in the skin.
2.White spots
If the white are like sugar or salt grains, this is ich.
White to sorta gray greasy looking spots, especially on the fins is most likely lymphocytosis, a virus.
If the grains seem to only be on the gill covers, and/on the leading edge of the pectoral fins, and/or around the eye socket of telescope fish then they could be breeding stars.
If the white is fuzzy, hanging from mouth, white in the middle of a sore that is red around the edge or if the mouth or anal port is red, it is more likely to be columnaris.
If there are white "shreds" hanging from body, if the slime coat appears cloudy, the eye looks cloudy the slime coat is sloughing. This is an indication that there is a water quality problem or a heavy parasite infection.
If thin white poop is seen, it is most likely an internal bacterial infection.
White fuzzy material on the tail means a possible fungus after parasite infection, treat with Quick Cure, which has formaldehyde for the parasites and malachite green for the fungus.

AMMONIA POISONING! THe red on the fins is septicemia wich is caused by poor water quality. The white stuff on their eyes is their slime coat thickened because the water is burning them. Do an immediate 50 percent water changes make sure the new water is dechlorinated and the same temp as the water they are in.
They better not be in a small tank or bowl. The rule for goldfish is 10 gallons PER fancy baby-juvenile and 20 gallons PER long bodied baby juvenile goldfish. Adults need atleast 50 gallons PER fish.

lady knows her sh!t if your fish are "bleeding" around the fins and gills it is almost definitley amonia poisening, but they are stressed as hell and do a 50% water change dont change all the water you could stress them out more and lose all of them. goldfish themselves put out alot more ammonia than other fish but your tank cycle should be able to take care of it as long as you have been keeping up with your monthly water changes if not your nitrates could be insanely high which usually are harmless to ish but in high numbers can cause this "bleeding" and cause the white film. you may have to do the water changes every couple of days for a week or so if you dont have any testing supplies i would suggest investing in some and monitor your water chemistry close for a while and if you do what are they reading? ammonia nitrite nitrate and ph

sounds like ick, get the medicine that describes the symptoms, and change the water in your tank 1/3 a day for about a week. However, chances are your fish will die from the bacteria. if they do, and you plan to buy more fish clean the tank very well with salt or clorine and rinse thoroughly. and replace all gravel and plastic plants before you put any other fish in it.
