no, they don't have sisters, but they might have a brother, idk though...all i know is that they live with their dad in los angeles and their mom lives nearby

I don't think so; but I always joke around with my sisters and tell them "I would so trade you guys for Dylan and Cole, the would make much better adoted brothers then you 2 {my real sisters} But it's all in good fun, we don't mean it my younger sister always tells me she would love to trade me with Miley Cyrus, so we are even LOL!!

nope. they just have themselves. they are twins so i guess their mother had enough with twins already and they made it big time in the show so i truly know they dont o ere an intersting fact bout them they played the little boy in big daddy with adam sandler!
