Go to mail.yahoo.com and click on sign up. or get hotmail account at http://join.msn.com/?page=hotmail/plans&pgmarket=en-ca.
These two have good services and are most commonly used but make sure they dont access without permission some services like Msn Space or Yahoo Chat unless they are old enough to take care of themselves.

i think of its on condition that she's texting somebody that has a Verizon. If she is 11 and above pay attention it gets high priced. What did we do till now they invented cellular telephones-- we used the abode telephone, whats incorrect with that..Wrote notes at college - cellular telephones are not mandatory at college .i won't be in a position to tell you procedures many circumstances my Husbands boy's have been given in worry at college for no longer paying interest, too busy texting lots of nice fortune

you can sign them in on any free browser for an ID, I suggest the browser you normally use. it is a good idea to buy and install a parental control program,. this way you can block certain content and sites like MY SPACE. keep the passwords to each account so you can check in on what they are doing, and where they have been .its also a good idea to locate the computer in a family orientated room where you can look over the shoulder and see what they are doing .

You can make sub accounts from there and also place limits on mail, etc. if they are very young.

well do not use my space because of the people now days are pervert so get a simple account that only you are your children can get into also make sure that you tell your children DO NOT GIVE AWAY PERSONAL INFORMATION!!!!

sbcyahoo or attyahoo help sub accounts .you'll get instructions there . probaly have to go to account and password in ect ..
