the day after birth control is VARY effective BUT it cannot be used as a regular birth contorl pill. what it is is a vary high dose of contraceptive hormones that are designed to stop you from relesing an egg. but this can be vary harmful for your body thus you dont make a habbit out of useing the plan B pill.

I've used it a couple of times (when the condom broke), but it really is a back up system. It's not designed to be used every time you have unprotected sex, and besides it costs more than prescription birth control or condoms. If you're serious about a hormonal birth control, get on the pill or patch.

No sweetie, the pill doesnt stop the process, it simply reduces the chances of having the process occur. Two very different things. Perhaps you care to further educate yourself on this issue? Yeah, that is probably a good idea.

it doesn't stop the conception, it stops the implantation in the wall of the uterus. it is just a mega dose of the same drugs that are in the birth control so, taking a whole month's dose of birth control does the same thing.
