No he isn't. DNA didn't match.
He'll be let go unless California wants to arrest and charge him on those porno charges.

There has been no trial to date. He has been transported to a prison in Boulder, CO and is isolated from the other prisoners for his protection. It is hard to say if he is guilty or not, even though he confessed. We are not privy to all the information the Police and PI's have in this case. The DNA will be really important in this case. Time will tell.....

I think he's just sick - look how emotionless he is. We have to wait for DNA results. No match - no charges.
