Belief in ufo's must be taken seriuosly, they have been in existence long before we humans were even formed.
I believe that our original form was bought on to this planet by aliens they then interacted with us, (prior to them doing this they extermineted all the very large forms of live, and set the rules for the remainiing evolving life forms which are still working in Mother Nature Excluding humans), to produce the very first humans, they stayed with us teaching us educating are young brains eventually when they considered are speices was at the stage were we had the knowlege they left us to our own, soon our speices tumbled it Developed Religon and something called GOD for the purpose of Fear/Control What is left is modern day man full of greedy control power societies are left uncared for and we have lost the link with original Advanced Knowledge they gave us, the powers to be maintain this Knowledge as well Knowing and understanding the Aliens for many many years long before 1947 you need to go back to 10,500B.C and even further back.
You should check out 1887 i think the year was, Texas, forget the name of the town but a alien craft crashed in those years the farming communities knew nothing of these let alone space(remember in those times religon and church belief played a very important part) they found real dead alien(s) and its debri the residents buried the body and threw all the debri into a well, the grave was marked with a large rock, a peice of the material is in the posection of aman dam who's name i cannot think but is one of the founders of the ufo research society, this material is 95% aluminium & 5% Iron, and is or was an original resident/son from that era.
The man that handled the major debri developed the worst cause of Rheumatoid Arthritis society had ever seen the town experienced extreme problems, the population contracted some sort of skin desease that produced fatal skin boils like anthrax. The well is still there today but has been enclosed by a brick built building about the size of back yard shed, surrounded be a large wire fence has barbed wire around the top nothing grows around the outside of the fenced area but inside the fenced area vegitation is blooming.
enough for know oh yes the name of the town in Texas was called Aruora not sure of its correct spelling.

i do . why? cos U.F.O. is just an un-identified flight object not necessarily of alien extraterrestrial origin.
and yes i also think there might be other life forms out there in the universe.. it s just a matter of probability... so many stars .. so many planets... there are some with earth-like conditions...
also maybe life somewhere evolved in a different form... which would increase the probability.

I do. I think the UFOs are from our future. The human race finally proved that time traveling is possible and they came back!
Time is measured with speed of light and we sure can't outrun this speed on the ground. A specially designed craft is required -- flying saucer.
Oh, don't forget parallel universe. Every time a flying saucer appears, the history of a parallel universe is changed (maybe the one that you and I are living now).

True belief is heightened by personal experience. Half of the folks that make their claims of sightings and contact are probably quacks or publicity seekers. But what of the other half? Seemingly quiet folk, minding their own business when fate puts them in a close encounter situation. I've been fortunate to have 3 encounters myself, 2 as a kid and one as an adult. When it is first seen, your mind tries to tell you that there has to be an explanation. But logic and common sense tell you otherwise. So, because you can't prove it, you remain silent for fear of ridicule. I bet there are many, many people who can't explain or prove what they saw and remain silent.
I believe we are not alone. I believe our gov't has been aware of this for decades. I believe that our gov't has literal and physical proof of this fact. I abhor you to check out a video of a major news conference held in May of 2001, attended by every major news outlet. Google, "The Disclosure Project" to see and hear living proof of a gov't cover-up.
Look to the stars.....

I don't, and this gets me in trouble with sooo many of my friends.
Here's why:
I DO believe that we are not the only planet out there with life on it. However, we must be EXTREMELY VAIN to think that any or all other life forms out there are SOOO interested in us that they have to make these covert visits, draw crop circles, abduct us for testing, etc, etc. I believe that this thinking just proves how egocentric we really are. Why would they be so interested in humans?

I know there are no proves, but why should we believe that in a vast universe we are alone, we're all that can exist...I don't think we are that important, but it's a problem for people who believe they are the center of the universe

UFOs do exist, in the technical sense of the word. It doesn't mean aliens exist, its what the US government calls anything airbourne that is not identifiable. I think!
