do 30 crunches every 2 days and 25 sit ups. also try putting weights on your belly while doing these.

Not exactly sure if this will get six pack fast, but definitely get stronger abs! I do this at football conditioning. Get in a push up position and then put your forearms on the ground. It's called the abdominal plank or "toes and bows"... Keep butt down and back straight. Do for 2-3 minutes a couple of times during the day. Let your abs rest after that.

No such thing as getting a six-pack fast. Takes time & effort & a healthy diet. Work your abs 2-3 times a week. Don't work them out everyday.
