HAHAA!! good question. ok, camel toe is like a 'front wedgie' on a chick. it usually occurs when something is super tight. think of what a camel toe looks like. it sneaks up the crack in the front. it's way gross...but also way funny to see!!

i don't know how old you are but i figure you'll here it somewhere anyway. ok what it is is when a woman has on something like say a bathing suit and it is too tight down in her basement and she gets like a wedgie in the front. males get it too but its called loose knuckles.
