i ll tell buddy. 3 steps.
Go to Zillow and type in the adress
Then click on a home, click on details then write the lot tax id
go to the savannah property taxe website and paste the lot id you got from zillow.com and hit search.
Now not only do you have the current value but you know how much it is appraised for and hpw much it was bought for, and who owns it.

Call the local county assessors office and ask what the average sale price of property in the area is going for.
