You should be fine. College games use 15-minute quarters, just like the NFL. But the clock stops after first downs, so that adds a little time to it. Your commute might make it difficult, so I would leave with enough time. The game might be a blowout anyway.

Playing time is 60 minutes. Elapsed time with stopped clocks and timeouts and half time will average about three hour. Barring an excessive delayed start, game time delays, injuries, and other possible time delays you can expect that the game will be over around 3:00 almost certainly before 3:30. You can watch the game and with any luck you team will be up by more that two touchdown and you can turn it off early.

In college football games there are four quarters, each 15 min long with a halftime of 15 min. So generally it will last about two hours. You should be fine making it there and back in time for work.

listen, there is no way in the world that you will make it back in time. It's been a while and i can't remember off the top of my head how long it is, but the wisconsin-iowa game i went to last year was 4 hours for the game and an hour to get out of town.

i like the NFL greater efficient. i'm between the fortunate soccer followers. the place I stay there are 2 NFL communities and 3 college communities interior of 40 miles of my domicile. NFL, Raiders, Niners, college Cal, Stanford, and San Jose Spartans. the place my interior of sight college communities are solid they are no longer up there with the superb whether they do have a million or 2 NFL high quality payers on them The Bay section is greater of an NFL section than college. merely like la is greater of a USC Trojans college section. i do no longer think of one is greater efficient than the different. I watch college ball on Saturdays because of the fact i like soccer and the NFL does not play on Saturdays. i individually think of this question would be replied in yet differently finding on the place human beings stay. IE: If I grew up in Alabama or Ohio i could be a school fan. There rather are purely a handfull of states that relatively have a decision. California, 3 NFL communities and four ok college communities and USC an exceedingly solid college team, yet then Nor Cal and So Cal are divided. Nor Cal is NFL all the way the place So Cal is split by l. a. section Trojans and San Diego section Chargers. Florida has 3 NFL communities yet I pay attention alot greater from Gators followers than I pay attention from Dolphins, Jags, or Bucs followers. That tells you who the superb team interior the section is. Texas is approximately 50/50 between college communities and the Cowboys, sorry however the Texans are a greater efficient team than their followers deserve. Louisana, you have LSU and the Saints suitable now the two are vast communities. yet for an prolonged time it develop into LSU. Michigan has the Woverines, Michigan State and the Lions, maximum of my is from Michigan and that they are all college followers. merely rather relies upon on the place you're from and what's the best for you.

Can't be done.

Game will go 2.5 to 3 hours (if you're lucky) then there is another half hour getting out of the stadium and parking lot (again, if you're lucky). Traffic away from the stadium will crawl.

Either don't go to the game or expect to be late for work.

it will be very close. An average game with timeouts, injuries, TV/radio and the possibility of OT could take as long as 4 hours.
