To run as an independent, you have to collect signatures from a certain number of registered voters in each state. Each state has its own rules getting on the ballot in one state does not help you get on the ballot in any other state. The number of signatures required is usually a set percentage of the number of voters that cast a vote in the last Presidential election. The signatures must be submitted to the board of elections by the date set by state law and must be verified by the board of elections before your name appears on the ballot.
Some states allow write-in candidates but check each states rules. Ohio requires write-in candidates to register with the board of elections or their votes don't count. I don't know why, but as a poll worker for 3 years, I know its required.

First you would need to find someone stupid enough to be your vice president. Then you would need to collect the necessary signatures on partitions in the 50 states to be put on the ballots. You might even get a vote or two.

Not terribly sure, you need to look into how to petition for candidacy and find supporters to finance your campaign.
