Someone needs a biology lesson. Yes, you do defecate from there. However, if you bathe that area of the body can be just as clean as say, a regular everyday vagina. Feces does not enter the rectum until it is ready to leave the body. Until then it stays in the intestines far from the reach of a tongue or lips.
