Would like to get a small ankle band tattoo with a simple cross and the words "You are my refuge". Does anyone know if there is a font size, does it depend on the artist freehand? thank you

Depending on the skill of ur artist, it can be done very very small, yet still legible

It can be done, couldn't give you a specific font size cause it would depend on your ankle size, type of lettering you wanted, etc...but yes it can be done. And for those that answered you can get them really small, yes you can but the letters will fade into each other and you wouldn't be able to even read it after a couple yrs if too small

It probably depends on the artist but usually they can get pretty small. But you dont want them to be so small that when you are older it just looks like a big black spot and not acual words.

Depending on the artist, you can get really small words about the size of rice grains.

it is not wise to ever tattoo spiritual or religion signs on the body this could someday somehow save your life not professing which religious sect one belongs to!
you have already tatooed your heart! Is that not enough!?

i myself can sling tiny little letters but i would advise against it because in a few years that ink is gonna spread a little bit and its gonna be harder to read. go with the bigger tats.
