Depends on what you style you are. If you are a punk, they would probably look fine with plenty of black and white to overshadow the pink hearts. If you are more preppy, then they might end up looking too little girl.
Pink hearts are a little too "Valentine's Day" or "little girl" for my personal taste.
As long as you like them, then get them. You are the one that has to wear them.
