You might get cold. Bring a wrap or jacket that complements the dress.
The style is fine as long as it matches the formality of the wedding. If you aren't sure about how you are expected to dress, call and ask the bride. She can tell you if it is going to be casual, informal, cocktail, semi-formal, formal, black tie, or ultra formal. (listed from least formal to most.)
For an informal, cocktail, or semi-formal, that dress is fine. Use accessories to play it up or down.
For a casual wedding, it's a little much. For anything semi or more formal, it's not enough.
