If wearing girls clothing is the norm, I would say, because halloween is for being different, dress in men's clothing.
If you want to go for the scary thing, go all out. Liquid latex to get rid of the Adam's apple, give your self a chest, and dress in something that is just totally feminine. You might even find a good place to get some weave in the hair and a good hairdo. I say that this is a scary thing because it will scare the hell out of guys that come on to you. I would not reveal the truth too soon, though. Finally you could be the guy that has drinks bought for him rather than the other way around.
Halloween is for fun. Enjoy it.

it sounds to me like you are wanting to justify wearing womens cloths and you dont need to justify that. Dispite what most people think , you live in America and you can dress in what ever you want . Sure some people may have a bad reaction but just do what you feel like doing .i do this alot and if people dont like it then tuff sh**. Halloween is a good time to be able to experiment . Try a formal look (long skirt and nice blouse) then when nobody is expecting it pull off the long ono to reveal a mini tank dress and high heels. this will freak everyone out and give you a big thrill. Just beware of stairs while in heels. If you need more help then e-mail me BYE

Well, first of all... good for you for wearing whatever you want; on Halloween or whenever. If you like wearing those things other times than Halloween, more power to you.
Second, if you want to "feel like one of the girls" then maybe wearing heels, pantyhose, makeup, etc. isn't the total way to go. Not many women wear heels everyday or even often. Pantyhose is saved for the office most times. I would encourage you to think about how your image of women is a bit stereotyped. I'm not necessarily saying you're bad for wanting to look like the stereotype of a woman; I am saying you won't necessarily look (or feel) "like one of the girls" that way.
Third, if you want to only wear lingerie for Halloween, then you'll have to go as Frank-N-Further (Rocky Horror), Madonna, or a Victoria's Secret model or something.
Finally, if you want to look and feel "like one of the girls", and still wear heels and makeup and all (or simply like one of the girls)... then you have several choices:
- Business Woman: Find a nice skirt suit or skirt and blouse at Ross Dress for Less (or in this case, Ross Cross-Dress for less ;-) or Goodwill or something; you can find cute heels there too. Wigs... I don't know. I'm willing to be eBay has plenty to be found for a reasonable price (I'd suggest getting a new one, or washing a used one really well ;-). Pantyhose are readily available, as is lingerie. Once again, you can find these at Ross and other stores for a reasonable price.
- Bride: If you have about $100 or so to spend, you could get a wedding gown; once again, thrift stores or eBay.
- Pregnant woman: If you really want to feel like one of the girls, strap a great big pillowcase to your belly; make sure you put rocks in it and position those rocks on your bladder. That won't cover it, and it might help you appreciate what pregnant women go through. Then again, you won't look very genuinely like a pregnant woman in heels and all (although some pregnant women do look lovely and find flattering dresses to wear).
Oh, and finally... if you're simply asking for 'advice' about wanting to wear women's clothes on Halloween, I hope what I said first makes it clear that you don't need 'advice' except to be who you want to be. It doesn't imply anything about your sexuality, your worth as a person, or whatever. :)

I'm a guy, but here's my opinion: Don't do it.
Unless, you are into being a transvestite and being hit on by guys.
If that's the case, wear whatever.
Want attention? Wear a thong.

I say enjoy it....Halloween is usually the first time a crossdresser can go in drag and get away with it. Or it gives you a chance to try it out without any stigma. enjoy and remember it is only clothes. It don't meant a thing about your sexuality....
