how does one comunicate with an accusing arrogant individual that you're in a relatoinship with and won't allow you to finish what your saying when responding

Communication in a two-way effort... don't waste your time or energy on a person like that. He will only make you feel insane and at some point will accuse you of being so. You deserve better than that. Run while you still can!! good luck!

No, in all seriousness, it soudn like you should not be communicating with him at all. Just from what little you have said, you should really consider if yo enjyo being with this person at all

just refuse to talk to him. or call and start talking, be like LISTEN, I HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY AND IF YOU DON'T LISTEN I'M HANGING UP. YOU CAN RESPOND WHEN I'M DONE. and if he interrupts hang up and ignore him or write him a note
