He is. Most people don't know of Dick Cheney's insanity. He has been plottin' since the Ford Administration. He has started an illegal war just to make a profit through Haliburton. He has also helped to rig both elections through Ohio, Florida and possibly more states. He has blacklisted and released the indentity of CIA agents! The list just keeps going...
One day soon he will face indictment and honor and integrety will be restored to the White House. But don't forget that Donald Rumsfield has been right next to him the whole time. Those two are brothers in crime.

It is just you. Dick Cheney is not under any criminal indictment at this time. Other criminals come to mind such as Charles Manson, Jeffrey Dahmer, Ted Bundy, etc. As I recall, Bill Clinton was cited for contempt of court by Judge Susan Weber Wright (a Democrat) for perjury in the Paula Jones case.
