im a 38d and i sag a little bit i would'nt worry i wear a underwired bra because you wont sag as much and a lot of women dont wear bras in bed cos its uncomfy but i wear a wireless bra to bed or my breasts would be really saggy if i didnt

It depends on your size. Weight, height, etc. Some sagging with breasts that large is normal. There are bras out there that will give you the support you need. Go to a store where they will fit you. It's more expensive, but it pays off.

Yes, its very normal for larger breasts to sag. Its gravity. The bigger the breasts, the more they will sag. The only big breasts that don't sag are fake.

Anything larger than a C will sag. I have DDs, want them to stay up more? bench press, incline, and decline. its all for your chest muscles, but it shapes them and keeps them up!
