Im sending this letter to my boyfriend but i know its not written very well. (i never could write) :(


I just want you to know that i love you!!! I cleaned the bedroom last night ,and i decided that i wanted to light some candles. Well that's when i realized that i still have that candle you gave me for Valentines day! All the candles i've ever had have all been all thrown away. But its because that candle was given to me by you ,i still have it. Almost 6.5 yrs and the candle is still burning... What do you think that means?

Well, my first thought was that it isn't genuine if you have a stranger rewrite what you wrote. It isn't the words, it's the sentiment really. But then the writer in my me couldn't resist, so here goes:

I really like candles, and last night I decided I wanted to light some of them. All of the candles I've ever had have been thrown away at some point. All of them except for one very special candle that is. It's not just ANY candle like all of the others that have come and gone in my life.

This candle is the one you gave me for Valentine's Day. I could never throw it away as I have done with all the others. It's been almost 6 and a half years. I still have your Valentine's candle. Do you know what that means? It means that every time I light it and watch it burning so brightly I am reminded that the love I have for you is burning still, just as strong, just as bright.
