I saw your additional details so I edited my answer below
You are probably allergic to latex and need to use some other from of birth contol. Lambskin or sheepskin condoms are so not effective, I don't even know why they make them - so don't use those. They have some kind of porous texture to them so overall condoms are just not for you. There are soooo many options that have no effect on intercourse at all though some do lower your sex drive, ironically. Yasmin - is a BC pill that shortens your period to about 3 says or less and there is really no bleeding at all. There is also a pill you take once a month I think now and don't get your period for 6 months or 9 months etc. There is the BCpatch, IUDs Depo Shot, etc - the new copper IUD is virtually side effect free so go to your GYN and see if you can start that. You can also get a diaprhagm but these take away spontaneity and may also irritate you - not sure about that. Those wouldn't be for me.
No matter how much lube you use or the kind of condom it is going to irritate you - if the basic ones are irritating you, they all will and actually lube will just make it worse - that stuff is horrible. Women with extremely sensitive skin or allergies just can't use that kind of stuff -
I have the same exact problem with condoms but with all these choices, there is no reason to feel like this so don't. Get into your dr and change - no more condoms :o)
I am getting the copper IUD soon - but discuss the options with your dr and see what is right for you - check all side effects, long term or short term etc. If you don't want to have any more kids like you said, there are ways to permanently end your ability to have children - the GYN also could tell you about these. So if you are sure you won't ever want more kids, do that - that would make life a lot easier for sure.
Ok - you take BC already - ok - well there are ones that are sooo effective there is virutally no chance of getting pregnant and the ways that they stop you from getting pregnant forever (stop egg production) would work for sure - there are ways that you don't need to use a condom. You really need to see your dr to go over all of these options that you have. See how effective your pill is and compare it to other options- if you are taking something like 98+ % effective, you shouldn't have to use anything else.
:o)

Since you are having sex with your husband, can we assume that you are not using condoms due to a fear of STD's? If so, you do have many other birth control options available to you besides condoms such as: I.U.D. contraceptive creams and foams, the "Pill", etc, etc. If you have to stick with condoms, maybe you just need more lubrication than pre-lubed condoms are providing. Try using K-Y Jelly( the new warming gel is fun) or another no-petroleum based lube. DO NOT USE VASELINE!!! It is petroleum based and WILL compromise the condom by dissolving it.

As long as you are both clean & faithful then there are other means of birth control. Visit birthcontrol.com
If you do want to use condoms, use a little lube to keep the rubbing sensation down.

The same problem here. And lots of lube just gets sticky it's gross. Consider the Today sponge if your really concerned about preventing pregnancy. It's a little expensive but very effective and comfortable.

Try different kinds until you find one that is okay... Use birth control so he won't have to wear one... Get your tubes tied.

There are many different kinds made of different materials. I hear the lambskin ones are good. Maybe you have a latex allergy.

You are probably allergic to latex. There are condoms out there that are made from an alternate material. (Not lambskin though)
