No, I do not think America should be divided by race.
I do think America would be a better place if we had one central location to put all the criminals. I nominate Florida, bounded by on two coasts by water which would deter escape by those routes. On the other Florida boundaries, we could erect a fence guarded by military troops we are paying for anyway. We could even leave Disney World. Trustees could operate the complex. Criminals could work towards "points" for R & R at Disney. Transporting the criminals could be assigned to TWA and other airlines already being subsidized by the U.S. Government.
Segregate the prisoners by state. New York gets Naples, Arizona gets Clearwater, California gets Miami, Kansas gets Pensacola. Create a new agency, like the government did with Homeland Security, to oversee this prison system.
Put all the blacks from New York in a particular section of Naples, all the whites in another section, etc. etc. You could even segregate all the sex offenders from New York together. The possibilities are endless.

No, I don't think it should be done. Who would be president? And will he/she favour the Whites/blacks or the neutral zone bastards? And would there be punishment for those who cross the line into another "Zone"? It WILL be CHAOS.

No. If you segregate people on the basis of race and divide the country as suggested the problem of intolerance is not going to be eliminated.. People would like to further divide the country basing on some other narrow considerations due to their inability to tolerate and accept differences among themselves.So the suggestion is not a solution for the problem you have in mind.

I think America should be devided by width, height and length.
Or perhaps all races in the entire world should mate with each other:
that way in a few hundred hears everybody would be about the same shade of ambe and many feature will look the same. Then a question like this would seem as silly as it does now to me.

Unfortunately, the country is divided along racial lines but not geographically. It is hurting our country tremendously and is done out of emotion. I first became clear about this with the O.J trial. The divide is huge and devastating. Our country was based on assimilation "e pluribus unum"—not special interest groups. We are facing similar challenges with the Hispanic community.

Not at all. But if it were going to happen, we should try to assign people to the states most closely resembling their national origin. For example-most whites would be in New England/Mountainous areas, Asians in the Pacific Northwest/Great Plains, Arabs in New Mexico/Arizona/Texas/Utah, Africans in California, and Natives(including Mexicans) everywhere else in the damn country. Oh yeah, Russians would just be sent to Alaska, since it's just a stone's throw away from Russia anyways.
